Our services are customised to fit the specific needs of each client, guarding them from a disability to life with more ease, flow, and support. Here are some of the disability support services we offer.
Supported Independent Living
Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) programmes are intended especially for those who need help with everyday tasks or direction in acquiring critical life skills to live independently. Rising SA provides a wide range of personalised care in a friendly and encouraging environment.
Assistance with Daily Life
Our Assistance with Daily Life service at Rising SA also includes supervision of personal daily tasks and assistance with self-care activities. The goal of our Assistance with Daily Life program is to help you live as independently as possible at your home, and in your community.
Specialist Disability Accommodation
Specialist Disability Accommodation is a service for people with disabilities that provides a special place to stay. It includes meals, activities, and a comfortable living space.Our team of skilled, and driven support workers at SDA is qualified to assist individuals with disabilities, including those with critical health needs.
Assist Transport
As professional NDIS transport providers, Rising SA assists participants in developing the ability to travel independently by providing transportation and travel assistance. Personal transport training to use public transportation, as well as related aids and constitute our transport support.
Social participation
Rising SA offers Assistance with Social and Community Participation, which falls under the NDIS support category. Community participation is a proven activity, rather a therapy that helps participants in so many ways. We assist and encourage NDIS participants to step out of their comfort zone.
Household Tasks
These support items enable participants to maintain their home environment. This may involve undertaking essential household tasks that the participant is not able to undertake. We can assist you with household tasks like cleaning, washing, cooking and maintenance around your home.
